1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Zenvy sources its products from international suppliers who ship directly to you. As a result, please allow the following estimated delivery timeframes:
- Within Pakistan: 14–28 business days from order confirmation
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier availability
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors outside our control such as customs delays or courier disruptions may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. You can also track your order using the tracking link available on our website.
5. Customs & Import
As products are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs inspection. Zenvy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. In rare cases, customs may contact the recipient — please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may return the package. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 35 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at store.zenvybeauty@gmail.com and we will investigate with the supplier and courier on your behalf.
